Yoga is a way I keep my body healthy and my emotions balanced. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a low-impact exercise with lots of benefits. As a dancer, teacher and yoga instructor for over a decade, I find that movement in the body is not only strengthening for our physical health but healing for our mental health. For me, dance is a shortcut to joy and I enjoy teaching and performing in the local Cincinnati area.
